"Get 6 Months of Standard Greenlight® Plan"

1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR:Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will serve as the sponsor (“Sponsor”) and the administrator of the “Get 6 Months of Standard Greenlight Plan” (“Trial”). 

2. STANDARD GREENLIGHT PLAN: “Standard Greenlight Plan” means  Greenlight’s base level monthly card subscription plan (currently offered at a fee of $4.99 per month), which is described, as of the start date of this Trial, as the “Greenlight Plan” in the Greenlight Cardholder Agreement located at https://greenlight.com/cardholder/ and the Greenlight Terms of Service located at https://www.greenlight.com/terms-of-service/.  

3. ELIGIBILITY:This Trial is only open to the first 2,000 people to qualify under this Section 2. Only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid and active U.S. Bank account (“U.S. Bank User”) through the end of the Trial Period may participate in this Trial (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor, U.S. Bank and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to sign up for this Trial. 

4. TRIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD: The Enrollment for the Trial begins 12:01 a.m., E.T. on September 7, 2022, and enrollment ends on 11:59 p.m., E.T. September 30, 2022 (the “Enrollment Period”).

5. HOW TO ENTER:Participation in this Trial is only via the participation method described below. All Eligible Participants must be enrolled in the Trial by 11:59 p.m., E.T., on the last day of the Enrollment Period (September 30, 2022). Ineligible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of an Eligible Participant to participate in the Trial for any reason.

6. TRIAL: During the Enrollment Period, an Eligible Participant may enter this Trial by (i) clicking on the Greenlight user link sent to an individual by U.S. Bank, (ii) starting the Greenlight registration via the landing page reached via the Greenlight link,  (iii) fully completing the enrollment process to become a Greenlight Primary Accountholder (as defined below), (v) linking his or her U.S. Bank account as a funding source in his or her Greenlight Primary Account (as defined below), and (vi) fully completing and/or submitting all other information required by the Sponsor (“Trial Entry”). The “Get 6 Months of the Standard Greenlight Plan” includes an initial complimentary month. After the initial complimentary month ends, Greenlight will credit the U.S. Bank discount to the Greenlight Accountholder’s account in the amount of $4.99 per month at the end of each month for the second month through the six month in payment for the Standard Greenlight Plan fees (currently $4.99 per month) assessed by Greenlight for the Standard Greenlight Plan. Upgrading to other Greenlight plans (such as Greenlight +Invest, Greenlight Max or other future plans or modifications offered by Greenlight) will result in additional fees being charged to the U.S. Bank User by Greenlight.

7. As used herein, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account selected by the Primary Accountholder (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards1 (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.

8. If it is discovered that a Greenlight Accountholder attempted to submit more than one Trial Entry using multiple physical addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or any other method of unauthorized entry, all of such Greenlight Accountholder’s Greenlight accounts will be declared null and void, and such Greenlight Accountholder will be disqualified from the Trial and any amounts that Greenlight Accountholder might have been entitled to receive under this Trial will not be awarded to him or her. 

Each Eligible Participant may only participate in one (1) Trial during the Trial Period

 APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

Each U.S. Bank User who becomes a Primary Accountholder in accordance with these Official Rules will “Get 6 Months of Standard Greenlight Plan” which includes an initial complimentary month by Greenlight, followed by a monthly $4.99 credit for the U.S. Bank discount each month for the second through six months to cover the monthly Standard Greenlight Plan fees (currently $4.99 per month) for such months. The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each U.S. Bank User Trial  is $25.

GREENLIGHT TERMS: The Trial is subject to terms, conditions and policies specified by the Sponsor, Greenlight Terms of Service may be found at https://www.greenlight.com/terms-of-service/. Such terms and conditions may include any or all of the following, as well as others: A Trial may not be redeemable for cash, or used for payment on accounts, or used for the payment of prior purchases; a Trial is non-refundable; purchases and amounts spent or deducted may be non-refundable. The Sponsor’s Terms of Service are in addition to those terms in these Official Rules.

TRIAL CONDITIONS:No substitution for the Trial will be permitted. The Trial is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. By entering this Trial, each Greenlight Accountholder hereby consents (except where prohibited by law) to the disclosure and reasonable use by Sponsor and Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”) of each of the Greenlight Accountholder’s photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the Greenlight Accountholders without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Trial.

CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION IN TRIAL:By entering the Trial, each Eligible Participant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant acting in violation of the Official Rules, the Greenlight Terms of Service or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Trial or the Greenlight application or website. The Trial is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, each Eligible Participant hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. As a condition of entering this Trial, each Eligible Participant agrees that:(a) under no circumstances will the Eligible Participant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the Eligible Participant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorney’s fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY APPLICATION AND/OR WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE TRIAL OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE TRIAL MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry or entries, errors, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Trial or these Official Rules in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and exclusive discretion, including without limitation, Acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, “shelter in place” and similar orders and other governmental actions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may decide to postpone deadlines herein, or terminate the Trial early.

THIS TRIAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:By participating, Eligible Participants (and the parent or legal guardian thereof if an Eligible Participant is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, CFSB, U.S. Bank, and each of their respective affiliated entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders and principals, employees, representatives, agents and franchisees (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claims made by any Eligible Participant or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Trial, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Trial or any related activity. Eligible Participants (and the parent or legal guardian thereof if an Eligible Participant is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this.

2. All federal, state and local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with accepting participation in this Trial are the sole responsibility of each Greenlight Accountholder. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, withhold any and all federal, state and local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with participation in this Trial.

3. No transfer, substitution, division or splitting of any amounts provided under the Trial is allowed.

4. Decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all matters with respect to the conduct of the Trial.

5. By participating in the Trial, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the Greenlight Terms of Service.

6. PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:By participating in the Trial, each Eligible Participant hereby consents to Sponsor’s or authorized agents’ collection, use, and disclosure of Eligible Participants’ and Cardholder’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Trial. Each Eligible Participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which provides more information about Sponsor’s privacy practices and is located at https://www.greenlight.com/privacy/. The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is in addition to those terms in these Official Rules and the Greenlight Terms of Service concerning privacy, use of personal information, and publicity.

Eligible Participants may be offered the optional opportunity to receive coupons, newsletters, informational materials, marketing communications, or other special promotions, or other offers from Sponsor and/or third-party service providers. Eligible Participants will not be contacted for marketing purposes unless they have provided their express consent.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET.
