May 23, 2025

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR APPLICATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. SPONSOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Greenlight” or Sponsor”) will serve as the sponsor of a trivia contest covering financial literacy and related topics (the “Voting Challenge Contest”).

  2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Greenlight Voting Challenge Contest begins at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 23, 2025 and ends at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 30, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

  3. PURPOSE: The purpose of the Voting Challenge Contest is for children to answer financial hypothetical questions in a fun and creative way that encourages friends and family to vote as many times as possible for the best answers (each, a “Voting Challenge Contest Entry”) during the Voting Challenge Contest.

  4. ELIGIBILITY: A Voting Challenge Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Children 13 years of age or older may participate in a Voting Challenge Contest (a “Participant”) but only Entrants (as defined below) can win Prizes (as defined below). Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parents and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter or win. An “Entrant” is a person who is 18 years of age or older who has entered a Voting Challenge Contest and is in compliance with the Official Rules, or a Parent or Legal Guardian of an individual under the age of 18 who has entered a Voting Challenge Contest, that has given express, verifiable consent to the minor’s participation in the Voting Challenge Contest, and is in compliance with the Official Rules. Greenlight will only calculate vote totals to an Entrant’s Voting Challenge Entry (defined below) during the Voting Challenge Contest if received by Greenlight no later than the end of the Contest Period. Each Entrant’s eligibility and each Entry is subject to verification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter a Voting Challenge Contest for any reason. Regardless of entry method, each Entrant may enter a Voting Challenge Contest up to a maximum of one (1) time. Any Entry that violates any of these Official Rules will not be eligible to win a Prize.

  5. HOW TO ENTER: A Participant and/or Entrant (collectively a “Contestant”) can enter the Voting Challenge Contest by creating and responding to a Greenlight-provided prompt with an original answer and the opportunity to design a creative and unique way to display such answer (a “Voting Challenge Entry” or “Entry”). After the Contestant has provided the Entry, the Contestant will be notified by Greenlight and provided the opportunity to share the Entry to friends and family (a “Voter”) via text message and/or a unique QR code (a “Voting Request”). A Contestant is permitted to send as many Voting Requests out at a time and each Voting Request will allow the Voter whom received the text or QR code to vote for the Contestant’s Entry into the Voting Challenge Contest. The Voter is permitted to vote for a different Entry provided however that only one (1) vote per Entry is allowed per day. Voter may be asked to validate a phone number to ensure proper voting rules are followed and only one (1) vote is provided per Entry per day. The Contestant who receives the highest number of votes at the end of the Contest Period will win the 1st Place Prize, with the Contestant receiving the second highest and third highest receiving the 2nd Place Prize and 3rd Place Prize accordingly. In addition, Contestants coming in 4th through 150th Place will also win a Prize as set forth below. Contestant is responsible for making sure that the Contestant is able to access the Voting Challenge Contest prior to the commencement of the Contest Period in order to be able to submit Entries. Each Contestant may establish, maintain, use and control only one account during a Voting Challenge Contest. Each account may only be owned, maintained, used and controlled by one individual. In the event Sponsor determines that you have opened, maintained, used or controlled more than one account, in addition to any other rights that Sponsor may have, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and terminate, withhold or revoke the awarding of any Prizes.

  6. PRIZES: A Prize will be awarded to the Contestant with the highest number of votes for each Voting Challenge Contest determined at the end of the Contest Period (each a “Winner”). There will be a total of four (4), and potentially up to thirty-five (35), prize amounts awarded at the end of the Voting Challenge Contest to the Winner(s)(“Prize”) (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). The Prize will be awarded as follows:

    • 1st Place Prize: $50

    • 2nd Place Prize: $30

    • 3rd Place Prize: $20

    • 4th Place - 150th Place Prize: $5 each

If multiple Contestants tie for the highest number of votes during a Voting Challenge Contest for a particular Prize level, the Contestant who created their Entry first will be determined the winner. For example, if two Contestant s tie each with fifty (50) votes for 2nd place, the Contestant who submitted their Entry at the earlier date/time of the tied Entries dates of submission, will receive the $30.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Prize is $835.00. The odds of winning will depend on the total Entries in the Voting Challenge Contest, the number of Entrants and any additional applicable criteria. Subject to eligibility verification, payment of a Prize will be made to the Winner’s Greenlight account, provided, such account shall be the Primary Accountholder.  To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight card, please visit https://www.greenlight.com/ and complete the enrollment process. As used herein, the “Primary Accountholder” is the individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder. Any Prizes awarded to a Primary Accountholder will be deposited into the Winner’s Primary Account.

  7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER(S): Winners will be notified by phone, email and/or social media, at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor’s decision will be final in all matters. No substitution for any Prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Sponsor. Each Prize is not transferable or assignable. Each potential Winner shall have three (3) days after the applicable Prize notification to appropriately respond to the Sponsor. Entrants and Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, an IRS Form W-9 (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification), if necessary, and any other required tax documents within three (3) days of delivery of such documents to a Winner by Sponsor. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected, or, if there are multiple Winners, your portion of the Prize will be allocated amongst the other Winners on a pro rata basis. If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an Entrant is found to be ineligible or a Winner declines to accept a Prize for any reason, such Prize will not be awarded by Sponsor.
