Greenlight $50 Promotion

This Greenlight 50 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to the terms set forth below (“Special Promotion Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“General Promotion Terms”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Special Promotion Terms and the General Promotion Terms, these Special Promotion Terms control. This Promotion is a conditional promotional incentive and is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, or game of chance. Rewards are not awarded based on chance, random selection, or a drawing. The “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN” language in the General Promotion Terms does not apply to this Promotion. Terms not defined below have the meanings set forth in the General Promotion Terms.

1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR

Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on August 18, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). For each Eligible Account (as defined below), the “Earning Period” consists of five consecutive Monthly Challenge Windows, beginning on the date that Greenlight confirms that a Primary Accountholder has paid the first monthly fee associated with the Eligible Account. Each “Monthly Challenge Window” means the applicable consecutive 30-day period thereafter assigned by Greenlight to the Eligible Account in its internal records. An Eligible Account must be opened during the Promotion Period, but the applicable Earning Period and Reward (as defined below) fulfillment can continue after the Promotion Period ends if the Eligible Account otherwise remains eligible. For clarity, “Month 1” through “Month 5” refer to the five consecutive Monthly Challenge Windows in the applicable Earning Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the General Promotion Terms, the Eligible Account must be opened during the Promotion Period, but the applicable Earning Period, verification, and Reward fulfillment can continue after the Promotion Period ends as described in these Special Promotion Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of 50 States within the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions) who meet the eligibility requirements set forth below. The Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion. Limit: One (1) participation per family account. Family accounts are limited to a single enrollment by the Primary Accountholder in this Promotion regardless of the number of approvers, or sub-accounts associated with the Greenlight Account.

4. ELIGIBLE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

In order to participate in the Promotion, an adult parent or legal guardian who will become the Primary Accountholder must create an Eligible Account during the Promotion Period.  An “Eligible Account” means a new Greenlight family account opened by a new Primary Accountholder that satisfies all of the following requirements: (i) the Primary Accountholder is at least 18 years old; (ii) the Primary Accountholder begins and completes the Greenlight registration flow through the designated Meta* landing page offer flow specifically identified by Greenlight for this Promotion during the Promotion Period, as reflected in Greenlight’s internal records; (iii) complete plan selection and all required onboarding steps; (iv) successfully open the account and complete any required identity verification, fraud screening, or other account-opening requirements; (v) keep the Greenlight account active, open, not suspended or restricted, and in good standing through the date each Reward is fulfilled; and (vi) if the selected plan carries subscription charges, remain enrolled in an eligible paid Greenlight subscription plan and current on those charges through the date each Reward is fulfilled. Standard subscription fees apply and are not reduced, refunded, or offset by this Promotion unless Greenlight expressly states otherwise in the applicable offer. Any applicable subscription charges are for access to Greenlight’s standard services and are not paid as an entry fee or as consideration for a chance to win a prize. The subscription remains subject to the applicable account agreement, including any automatic renewal and cancellation terms. If any participation-limit rule in the General Promotion Terms conflicts with this Section 4, this Section 4 controls for this Promotion.

The following are not eligible: (i) current and former Greenlight Primary Accountholders of any Greenlight plan; (ii) accounts opened through any channel other than the designated Meta promotion flow; (iii) incomplete applications or registrations not successfully attributed in Greenlight’s internal records to the designated Meta promotion flow; (iv) re-opened, duplicated, replacement, or other non-bona fide accounts created to obtain the Promotion; (v) accounts that fail identity verification or other account-opening requirements; and (vi) accounts that are closed, suspended, restricted, delinquent, or otherwise not in good standing before the applicable Reward is fulfilled. For this Promotion, “good standing” means the Greenlight account is active, open, not suspended or restricted, and any applicable paid subscription charges are current.

5. MILESTONE REWARD

Each new Eligible Account that meets the following criteria is eligible to earn up to fifty dollars ($50) per Eligible Account, payable as up to five (5) separate ten dollar ($10) promotional credits (each, a “Reward” and collectively, the “Rewards”) by meeting the following criteria. A Reward is earned only after Greenlight verifies completion of the applicable qualifying activity in its internal records. Rewards are not guaranteed and are earned, if at all, one Monthly Challenge Window at a time. No partial or prorated Reward is available for partial completion of a Monthly Challenge Window.

One $10 Reward per Eligible Monthly Challenge Window per Eligible Account, no matter how many sub-accounts are on the account. Multiple completions in the same month do not increase, multiply, or accelerate rewards. The Reward: (i) is capped at a lifetime maximum of $50 per Eligible Account; (ii) is limited to one $10 Reward per monthly challenge window per Eligible Account (except where payment occurs past the initial 30 day period of account opening, in which case all tasks for months prior to payment are aggregated into one month and all tasks need to be completed within 30 days from the payment date); (iii) is earned only if the applicable monthly challenge is completed and verified during the applicable challenge window; and (iv) is credited only to the Primary Accountholder’s wallet of the Eligible Account.

The Reward is a promotional credit. It is not interest, not an investment return, and not an insurance benefit. Once credited, the Reward becomes part of the Primary Accountholder’s wallet balance and is subject to the terms governing the applicable Greenlight account, card, wallet, and subscription. No Reward is paid or payable directly to any minor.

6. MONTHLY CHALLENGE SCHEDULE

During the five consecutive Monthly Challenge Windows in the applicable Earning Period, Greenlight will assign one designated Qualifying Activity for each of five consecutive Monthly Challenge Windows to earn a Reward as more specifically set forth below:

Each Qualifying Activity must be completed in the applicable Monthly Challenge Window set forth above in order to meet the criteria to obtain the Reward for such month. 

For purposes of this Promotion, a “successful Greenlight card purchase transaction” means an authorized and settled purchase transaction using a Greenlight card associated with the Eligible Account, including a virtual card if enabled for the account, and excludes ATM withdrawals, cash-equivalent transactions, person-to-person transfers, funding transactions, pending transactions, declined transactions, refunds, reversals, returns, and chargebacks. Greenlight determines whether a qualifying activity occurred based on its internal records.

If a monthly challenge is not completed and verified during its assigned Monthly Challenge Window, that month’s $10 is permanently forfeited, does not roll over, and does not increase any later month’s Reward.

If more than one family member completes a Qualifying Activity within the same applicable Monthly Challenge Window, the month's reward is earned once, based on the first Qualifying Activity recorded in Greenlight's systems for that applicable Monthly Challenge Window and does not duplicate or accelerate regardless of how many family members separately complete the Qualifying Activity. For example, if an Eligible Account misses a Monthly Challenge Window, that window’s $10 Reward is forfeited and does not roll over. If Month 2 is missed, the maximum remaining total Reward is reduced to $40.

A child sub-accountholder can perform Qualifying Activity that is attributed to the Eligible Account, but the child is not a participant in this Promotion and does not receive, control, or own any Reward. All Rewards are credited only to the Primary Accountholder’s wallet. Greenlight administers this Promotion using account and activity data already collected for account operation, fraud prevention, and promotion administration, consistent with Greenlight’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

7. VERIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT

Greenlight can delay fulfillment of a Reward while it completes a reasonable review of reversals, disputes, unauthorized activity, suspected fraud, technical issues, or other verification concerns, based on Greenlight’s internal records. If a Reward is earned and verified, Greenlight will ordinarily credit the applicable $10 Reward to the Primary Accountholder’s wallet promptly upon completion of the Qualifying Activity. If Greenlight cannot credit the wallet in the ordinary course for legal, technical, or operational reasons, Greenlight can fulfill the Reward through another method of equal value and will notify the Primary Accountholder if additional action is required to receive it. If, before fulfillment of a Reward, the Eligible Account is canceled, closed, suspended, restricted, delinquent, or no longer on an active paid Greenlight subscription plan, then: any unpaid Reward for the current month is forfeited; and all future unpaid Rewards under this promotion are forfeited. A forfeited Reward is not reinstated if the account is later reactivated, reopened, or returned to good standing. Except where a Reward is later determined not to qualify by Greenlight, Greenlight will not reduce or revoke a Reward already fulfilled solely because the Promotion is later modified, suspended, or terminated.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

A transaction or activity does not qualify for a Reward if it is later reversed, refunded, returned, canceled, disputed, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, simulated, manufactured, non-bona fide, or otherwise determined by Greenlight not to satisfy these Special Promotion Terms. If Greenlight already credited a Reward based on a transaction or activity later determined not to qualify, Greenlight can correct its prior promotional credit decision and withhold, cancel, or reverse the related Reward to the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing account terms. This Promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other new-customer offer, promotion, discount, referral incentive, or similar incentive unless Greenlight expressly states otherwise in writing. If more than one offer is presented or claimed for the same Eligible Account, Greenlight will apply only the offer specifically associated with the designated Meta promotion flow, unless Greenlight states otherwise. Greenlight can modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion for legal, compliance, security, operational, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons. Any such change will not affect a Reward already earned and fulfilled before the effective date of the change and will not affect a Reward already earned but not yet fulfilled except to the extent the Reward later fails verification under these Special Promotion Terms. The Reward is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable separately from the Eligible Account. If any provision of these Special Promotion Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Greenlight’s determinations regarding eligibility, good standing, channel attribution, qualifying activity, suspected fraud or abuse, fulfillment, and interpretation of these Special Promotion Terms are final and binding, subject to applicable law and the governing account terms. Greenlight can disqualify, withhold, cancel, or reverse Rewards for attempts to circumvent these Special Promotion Terms through duplicate, replacement, or commonly controlled accounts, manufactured activity, or other non-bona fide conduct.
