Greenlight® “Upgrade to Infinity with Location and Place Alerts for $3 More Per Month” Limited-Time Customer Special Offer Terms

Select eligible new Greenlight primary accountholders who enroll in the Greenlight Core plan and receive this offer immediately after completing registration between 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 9/10/26 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 10/10/26 (“Offer Period”) can upgrade to the Greenlight Infinity plan for a promotional price of $8.99 per month (“Offer”). The promotional price is $3 per month more than the Core plan price presented during the same registration flow. During the Offer Period, an eligible customer must accept the Offer when it is displayed by selecting the applicable acceptance button. The Offer will not be available later. No promo code is required. Accepting the Offer upgrades the customer’s subscription from Core to Infinity, which includes Location and Place Alerts and other Infinity plan features. Location and Place Alerts are not offered as a standalone add-on under this Offer. The Infinity subscription and Promotional Pricing Period begin immediately when the customer accepts the Offer. The first monthly subscription fee will be charged upon acceptance. The customer may cancel or downgrade at any time in accordance with the applicable Greenlight subscription terms. If the customer cancels within 30 days after accepting the Offer, Greenlight will refund the first monthly subscription fee. Unless canceled or downgraded, the Infinity subscription automatically renews monthly at $8.99 per month, for 24 consecutive months (“Promotional Pricing Period”). After the Promotional Pricing Period, the Infinity subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard Infinity monthly price unless canceled or downgraded in accordance with the applicable Greenlight subscription terms. Greenlight will provide any advance notice of the increased renewal price required by applicable law. The Offer is limited to one redemption per family and is available only to eligible customers selected by Greenlight in its sole discretion who receive the Offer directly from Greenlight. The Offer is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another offer, discount, promotion, or coupon. Account approval and identity verification requirements apply. The customer’s Greenlight account and payment method must remain open, valid, eligible, and in good standing. If the customer cancels or downgrades the Infinity subscription, closes the Greenlight account, or fails to make a required payment during the Promotional Pricing Period, the promotional price will end and will not be reinstated unless Greenlight expressly agrees otherwise. Use of Location and Place Alerts requires feature activation, compatible devices, network connectivity, enabled location services, and applicable device and app permissions. The primary accountholder is responsible for obtaining any authorization or consent required to activate and use location features for family members. Location information and alerts can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to device, connectivity, settings, environmental, or other factors. Location and Place Alerts are not an emergency-response service or a substitute for contacting 911 or other emergency services. Greenlight’s Privacy Statement and applicable feature terms govern the collection, use, and disclosure of location information. Greenlight may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer before acceptance as required by applicable law or due to suspected fraud, abuse, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond Greenlight’s reasonable control. Any such change will not affect the promotional price of a customer who properly accepted the Offer before the change took effect, provided the customer continues to satisfy these Special Offer Terms. This Offer is subject to these Special Offer Terms, the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms, the applicable Greenlight Terms of Service, Greenlight’s Privacy Statement, and the applicable Location and Place Alerts feature terms each as in effect on the date the customer accepts the Offer.
