Return Policy for the Greenlight Devices

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority—every time, for everyone. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 calendar days from the date your Greenlight device is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your Greenlight device for any reason, you may initiate a return as described below. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Greenlight device while in transit to Greenlight. Returns must be authorized in advance. Upon receipt of the returned Greenlight device in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, excluding actual shipping and handling charges. If you purchased your device as part of a bundle with a subscription, your full refund will equal the total amount you paid for the bundle at the time of purchase. The Greenlight device must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete returns (e.g. missing charging accessories, stand mount hardware or sleeve) will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, you may do so in one of two ways: (1) navigate to your order from your order confirmation email and click “View Your Order,” click the returns hyperlink or (2) visit our returns portal directly at https://portal.stord.com/2664f8e6-e68e-450a-9b1a-07250c54ae21/orders. From either method, locate your order and click “Start Return” in the top right hand corner of your order page. You will be asked a few questions to complete your return request. If you are unable to process the return as described above, please contact our support team at support@greenlight.me, with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Details of the items you wish to return

  • Reason for return (selectable from available options)

Please be advised that Greenlight assumes no responsibility for any loss incurred during the return shipment, and refunds will only be processed for packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to our designated return address.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days after the returned product is received by Greenlight for the refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact our support team at support@greenlight.me for further assistance. To prevent backlogs, approved return requests will be automatically cancelled if the returned items are not sent back to us within 14 days from the date the return label is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including accessories, software or services, subscription fees, open box items, or products that are damaged or not in their original condition.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle during which time you will retain access to the Greenlight device features. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the applicable Greenlight Services at the end of the billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid as described above.

Greenlight reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with these terms. Please note that Greenlight reserves the right to change any and all terms, conditions, policies and/or procedures at any time without prior notice.

Amazon and Third-Party Reseller Purchases

This Return Policy applies only to devices purchased directly through the Greenlight Store at shop.greenlight.com. If you purchased your device through Amazon or another third-party reseller, your return, refund, and warranty rights are governed by that reseller’s applicable policies, not this Return Policy. Please refer to the applicable product-specific terms in the Greenlight Hardware Services Terms of Service for more information about purchases through third-party resellers.
