Device Shipping Policy

Shipping

Greenlight ships all orders through a network of carriers. All orders received before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Expedited Shipping

Greenlight ships device orders using a network of carriers. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and typically delivers within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pricing and delivery options are available to view and select when checking out in the Greenlight Store.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order and you may be contacted to verify your order information.

Pre-Orders

Orders placed as pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory is available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you don't receive your Greenlight device within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact the Greenlight support team at support@greenlight.me.

Amazon and Third-Party Reseller Purchases

This Shipping Policy applies only to devices purchased directly through the Greenlight Store at shop.greenlight.com. If you purchased your device through Amazon or another third-party reseller, shipping, fulfillment, and delivery are handled by that reseller and are subject to their applicable policies. Please contact the reseller directly for shipping-related inquiries. Please refer to the applicable product-specific terms in the Greenlight Hardware Services Terms of Service for more information about purchases through third-party resellers.
