Device Warranty Policy

Each Greenlight device is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date the Greenlight device is delivered (“Limited Warranty”). Greenlight will, at its sole option and cost, repair or replace any components that are defective, including all shipping costs. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (i) physical damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper use; (ii) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, nicks; (iii) water damage where the device is submerged or exposed to water beyond its specified resistance level; (iv) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (v) damage caused by repairs, alterations or modifications performed by unauthorised personnel; (vi) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (vii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (viii) devices outside the Limited Warranty or (ix) warranty claims submitted without all original box contents, including the device, charging cable, power adapter, stand mount hardware, and any other accessories originally included with the device. Greenlight reserves the right to deny a warranty claim or reduce any remedy if original box contents are missing or damaged due to causes not covered by this Limited Warranty.
If during the warranty period you submit a claim for warranty service in accordance with this Limited Warranty, then Greenlight will, at its sole option: (i) repair the device using new parts or previously used parts, or (ii) replace the device with a new device. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. Repaired or replaced devices will have a 90-day warranty, or to the end of the original Limited Warranty, whichever is longer.
Claims Process
To obtain remedies under this Limited Warranty, you must submit your claim before the end of the applicable Limited Warranty period. To initiate a warranty claim, locate your order confirmation email and click the Returns link to begin the self-service process. Follow the prompts, selecting the warranty reason that best describes your issue. Once your claim is submitted, Greenlight will provide a prepaid shipping label to return your device at no charge to you.

Greenlight reserves the right to assess each claim and, if applicable, guide you on the next steps such as repair, replacement or denial of a warranty claim. By sending the Greenlight device to Greenlight, you agree to transfer ownership to Greenlight. Any product returned to Greenlight without a valid warranty claim may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in Greenlight’s sole discretion.
Your Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
If any part of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Limited Warranty shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications.
Except for the express Limited Warranty described herein and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenlight and its suppliers provide the Greenlight device “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS”, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties, duties or conditions of: merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, system integration, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or availability, accuracy or completeness of responses, results, workmanlike effort, lack of viruses, and reasonable care and skill, all with regard to the Greenlight device, and the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information, software, and related content through the Greenlight device or otherwise arising out of the use of the Greenlight device. This exclusion does not apply to (i) any implied condition as to title and (ii) any implied warranty as to conformity with description. If applicable law requires any implied warranties with respect to the Greenlight device, all such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you.
Amazon and Third-Party Reseller Purchases
If you purchased your device through Amazon or another third-party reseller, returns within the reseller’s standard return window (typically 30 days from purchase) are subject to that reseller’s return policies. Please contact the reseller directly for returns within that window. After the reseller’s return window closes, Greenlight’s Limited Warranty applies to your device and warranty claims should be submitted directly to Greenlight through the process described above. Greenlight’s warranty claims process applies to all devices regardless of where they were purchased, once the reseller’s return window has closed.
