Greenlight® “Family Hub Employee Referral Contest” Official Rules

Dates: October 27, 2026 – December 31, 2026

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF GREENLIGHT FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY, INC. WINNERS ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY THE NUMBER OF QUALIFYING REFERRALS AND NOT BY CHANCE. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY AND IS NOT A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will serve as the sponsor (“Sponsor”) and the administrator of the Greenlight “Family Hub Employee Referral Contest” (“Contest”). The Contest is offered in connection with the Greenlight Family Hub Employee Referral Offer, which is governed by the Greenlight Family Hub Employee Referral Offer Terms (the “Employee Referral Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Official Rules have the meanings given in the Employee Referral Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time the Prizes are awarded, are (a) employed by Sponsor as employees, (b) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions), and (c) 18 years of age or older. Independent contractors, consultants, and temporary or staffing-agency workers are not eligible. [Employees who administer the Contest, compile or verify Contest results, or have access to referral-attribution data for the Contest are not eligible to enter or win.] Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter or win. An “Entrant” is an eligible employee who has entered the Contest in accordance with Section 4 and is in compliance with these Official Rules and the Employee Referral Terms.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Only Qualifying Referrals (defined below) completed during the Contest Period, using an Employee Referral Link after Sponsor has issued it to the Entrant, will count.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, an eligible employee may enter the Contest by completing the sign-up form that Sponsor shares through internal employee announcements to request a referral code. After processing the sign-up, Sponsor will issue the Entrant a unique Employee Referral Link. Completing the sign-up form constitutes the Entrant’s entry into the Contest and acceptance of these Official Rules and the Employee Referral Terms. Limit one (1) Employee Referral Link per Entrant.

Entrants are ranked by the total number of Qualifying Referrals credited to their Employee Referral Link. A “Qualifying Referral” has the meaning in Section 5.1 of the Employee Referral Terms and, in summary, is a referral that results in a completed purchase of a new Greenlight Family Hub 15-inch or 10-inch device (an “Eligible Device”) that:

is made by an eligible Recipient during the Contest Period using the Entrant’s valid Employee Referral Link, with the employee referral Device Discount applied;
has not been canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, or charged back as of 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2027 (the “Verification Date”); and
otherwise complies with these Official Rules and the Employee Referral Terms.

Each Eligible Device purchased in a Qualifying Referral counts as one (1) Qualifying Referral, regardless of device size. Sponsor’s systems are the official record of Qualifying Referrals. Qualifying Referrals generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means, by fictitious or duplicate identities or accounts, or by means which subvert the referral process or violate these Official Rules or the Employee Referral Terms, will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for an Entrant’s inability to obtain or share an Employee Referral Link, or for a Recipient’s failure to use it, for any reason. Each Entrant’s eligibility and Qualifying Referrals are subject to verification. A share, link click, or sign-up that does not result in a completed purchase of an Eligible Device is not a Qualifying Referral.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be a total of three (3) prizes (each, a “Prize”) awarded to three (3) winners (each, a “Winner”) determined as described in Section 6, as follows:

First Place: one (1) $500 Amazon gift card (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $500);
Second Place: one (1) $250 Amazon gift card (ARV $250); and
Third Place: one (1) $100 Amazon gift card (ARV $100).

The total ARV of all Prizes is $850. Each Prize will be delivered to the Winner electronically via a claim link sent by Sponsor to the Winner’s Greenlight work email address. The ARV of each Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, which is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, the Contest. An Entrant may win no more than one (1) Prize. To be eligible to win a Prize, an Entrant must have at least one (1) Qualifying Referral.

6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: After the Verification Date, Sponsor will rank all eligible Entrants by their total number of Qualifying Referrals. The eligible Entrant with the most Qualifying Referrals will be the First Place Winner, the second most the Second Place Winner, and the third most the Third Place Winner. If two or more Entrants are tied, the tied Entrant who reached the tied number of Qualifying Referrals first, based on the date and time of the order completing that total in Sponsor’s records, will receive the higher rank. Sponsor will announce the Winners and deliver the Prizes on or about the first week of January 2027. Sponsor’s determinations are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. A Qualifying Referral that is canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back after the Verification Date will not affect a Prize already awarded, unless the underlying purchase involved fraud or a violation of these Official Rules.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: This Contest is not a game of chance. Winners are determined solely by the number of Qualifying Referrals credited to each Entrant during the Contest Period, as verified by Sponsor.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution for a Prize will be permitted, except that if a Prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its discretion. A Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. A Winner must claim the Prize within [thirty (30)] days after the Prize notification and may be required to complete any tax-related documents within ten (10) calendar days of issuance by Sponsor. Failure to timely claim the Prize or return required documents may result in forfeiture. If a Winner is disqualified, is found ineligible, declines the Prize, or is not employed by Sponsor at the time the Prizes are awarded, the Prize may be awarded to the eligible Entrant with the next-highest number of Qualifying Referrals.

9. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL TERMS AND EMPLOYMENT MATTERS: Each Entrant’s sharing of an Employee Referral Link and participation in the Contest are subject to the Employee Referral Terms, the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms, the Greenlight Referral Program Terms and Conditions at https://share.greenlight.com/zone/terms (as modified by the Employee Referral Terms), and Sponsor’s Code of Conduct, social media policy, and other applicable employment policies. Entrants must comply with the sharing and disclosure requirements in Section 8 of the Employee Referral Terms, including disclosing in each referral message or post that they work at Greenlight and may win a prize. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, a job duty, or a factor in performance evaluation, compensation, or advancement. Nothing in these Official Rules creates a contract of employment or alters the at-will nature of employment or any Sponsor employment policy, benefit plan, or agreement.

10. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION IN CONTEST: By entering the Contest, each Entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules, the Employee Referral Terms, and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant, and void any Qualifying Referrals, if the Entrant acts in violation of these Official Rules or the Employee Referral Terms, or is found tampering with the referral or entry process or with the operation of the Contest, including by self-referral, purchasing or funding devices for Recipients, offering incentives to Recipients, using Sponsor customer data or internal systems to identify or contact Recipients, or coordinating purchases with other Entrants to manipulate rankings. Violations may also be addressed under Sponsor’s employment policies. The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and, [subject to any dispute-resolution agreement between the Entrant and Sponsor,] by entering, each Entrant hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. As a condition of entering this Contest, each Entrant agrees that, to the extent permitted by law: (a) the Entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, and other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses, waives any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and neither party may recover attorney’s fees; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined herein) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate sign-up information, referral attribution, or Qualifying Referral data; errors in calculations; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or referral records; printing or other errors; any sign-ups which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted; and/or any problems, bugs or malfunctions, electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest or a Recipient’s ability to use an Employee Referral Link, except that Sponsor will correct verified errors in its own systems. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or unavailability of Sponsor’s Shopify checkout, social media platforms, or any other third-party service used to share Employee Referral Links or complete purchases. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Contest or these Official Rules in the event that it becomes necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and exclusive discretion, including without limitation, Acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, “shelter in place” and similar orders and other governmental actions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may postpone the Verification Date and other deadlines herein or terminate the Contest early. In the event the Contest is terminated early, the Winners will be determined from Qualifying Referrals credited as of the time of termination.

THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO ENTRANT TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO ENTRANT AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, by participating, each Winner and each Entrant agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”), and each of their respective affiliated entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders and principals, employees, representatives, agents and franchisees (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claims related in any way to the operation of this Contest, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest, or acceptance, use or redemption of a Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules waives any right an Entrant has as an employee that cannot be waived by law.

13. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following are conditions to winning a Prize and additional terms and conditions binding on Entrants and Winners:

Each Prize is taxable compensation to the Winner. If a Winner declines a Prize, or is not an eligible Entrant or has not complied with these Official Rules, such person shall be disqualified, and the Prize may be awarded to the eligible Entrant with the next-highest number of Qualifying Referrals.
No transfer, substitution (except as provided in Section 8), division or splitting of any Prize is allowed.
Sponsor shall not be held responsible for the replacement of any lost, stolen, or unclaimed Prize after delivery.
Decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to determination of the Winners and all matters with respect to the conduct of the Contest.
If any provision of these Official Rules is invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, construed as if the invalid provision had not been included.

14. PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION; PUBLICITY: By participating in the Contest, each Entrant consents to Sponsor’s or its authorized agents’ collection, use, and disclosure of the Entrant’s personal information, including employment and payroll information, for the purposes of administering the Contest and the Employee Referral Offer, determining Winners, Prize fulfillment, and tax reporting. Entrants will not receive any personal information about Recipients. Each Entrant acknowledges the Sponsor’s Privacy Statement at https://privacy.greenlight.com/policies and Sponsor’s applicable employee privacy notices.

Sponsor may share Contest standings internally with employees during the Contest Period. By entering, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor may announce internally to its employees the Entrant’s name, title, team, and number of Qualifying Referrals if the Entrant is a Winner, without further compensation. Sponsor will not use a Winner’s name, picture, or likeness in external advertising or publicity relating to the Contest without the Winner’s separate written consent.

15. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: These Official Rules and the Employee Referral Terms will be made available to employees through the sign up form and in the announcements-gl slack channel.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET.
