Greenlight® “Family Hub Launch” Customer Special Offer

This Greenlight Family Hub Customer Special Offer (“Customer Special Offer”) is subject to the terms set forth below (“Customer Special Offer Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these Customer Special Offer Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Offer and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotion Terms.

SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR

Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Customer Special Offer.

OFFER PERIOD

The Customer Special Offer begins on June 25, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET, or upon the first two thousand (2,000) qualifying device purchases by eligible customers, whichever occurs first (the “Offer Period”). Greenlight reserves the right to extend or terminate the Offer Period at its sole discretion. Any purchases made after the Offer Period ends are not eligible for this Offer.

ELIGIBILITY

The Customer Special Offer is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Participants must be existing Greenlight financial plan subscribers (Greenlight Core, Greenlight + Invest, Greenlight Max, Greenlight Infinity, or Greenlight Family Shield) in good standing as of the date of purchase, and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. This Offer is limited to one (1) qualifying device purchase per Greenlight account. Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of the Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE PROMOTIONAL REWARD

During the Offer Period, eligible existing Greenlight customers who purchase a Greenlight Family Hub device at greenlight.com using the designated special offer link will receive a discount of thirty dollars ($30.00) applied automatically at checkout.

Following device purchase, eligible customers will have the opportunity to activate premium Family Hub features during the in-app device activation experience (“Premium Family Hub Features”). At the point of activation, eligible Greenlight Core, Greenlight + Invest, and Greenlight Max plan subscribers will be presented with a one-time opportunity to claim one (1) year of Premium Family Hub Features at no additional cost (“Premium Feature Offer”). Eligible Infinity and Family Shield plan subscribers will automatically receive confirmation that Premium Family Hub Features are included with their existing Greenlight Infinity or Greenlight Family Shield plan.

THE PREMIUM FAMILY HUB FEATURE OFFER MUST BE ACTIVELY CLAIMED AT THE TIME OF INITIAL IN-APP ACTIVATION. IT WILL NOT BE PRESENTED AGAIN. If an eligible customer does not claim the Premium Family Hub Feature Offer at the time of activation, the offer is permanently forfeited for that account.

PROMOTIONAL REWARD

Eligible customers who qualify for and successfully complete the steps described above will receive the following:

Device Discount: Thirty dollars ($30.00) off the purchase price of a qualifying Greenlight Family Hub device, applied at checkout via the designated offer link.

Premium Feature Offer (Core/Invest/Max subscribers only): One (1) year of Greenlight Premium Family Hub Features at no additional cost, beginning on the date the offer is claimed in-app (“Premium Period”).

Important – Premium Feature Offer Forfeiture: The Premium Feature Offer is contingent on the eligible customer maintaining an active Greenlight Infinity plan or Greenlight Family Shield Plan throughout the Premium Period. If a Greenlight Infinity plan or Greenlight Family Shield Plan downgrades their Greenlight plan (including returning to a Core, Invest, or Max plan) or cancels their Greenlight subscription entirely at any time during the Premium Period, access to the Premium Family Hub Features will be immediately terminated. Any subsequent upgrade to the Infinity plan will be billed at the then-current standard rate.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. Greenlight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. Greenlight’s decisions regarding all matters relating to this Offer are final and binding. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
