[NOTE: This Long Form Fee Disclosure for the Greenlight® Prepaid Mastercard initially became effective on August 1, 2025 (the “Existing Long Form Disclosure”), and will remain in effect until the implementation of the revised Long Form Fee Disclosure (the “Revised Long Form Disclosure”), together with the revised Cardholder Agreement (the “Revised Cardholder Agreement”), which are expected to occur on or about January 28, 2026. Only one fee plan, as selected by primary accountholder, applies per monthly billing period. For the Greenlight Core, Max, Infinity & Family Shield Plans, the first monthly fee is billed 7 days after registration date, then a recurring monthly fee is billed 31 days after the registration date and on same day of the month thereafter; provided that if the 31st day is the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of the month, then the monthly billing date becomes the 1st day of each month (“Monthly Billing Date”). The Monthly Billing Date for each Primary Accountholder will also be disclosed under the “Account” tab of Settings in the Greenlight application. |
