2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Promotional Terms

ELIGIBILITY: The 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Promotion (the “2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding the State of Washington, Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions) who are Primary Accountholders (as defined below) and enrolled in either the Greenlight Core or Max Plan as of the start date of the Promotion Period (as defined below) for so long as they remain continuously enrolled in such Greenlight Plan during the Promotion Period (an “Eligible Participant”). The 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion.

This Promotion is subject to the terms set forth herein (“2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions Terms located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Promotion begins September 12, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on September 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

2025 PREMIUM PLAN UPGRADE ENTRY METHOD: During the Promotion Period, when an Eligible Participant upgrades to either a Greenlight Max, Infinity and/or Family Shield Plan (a “Greenlight Premium Plan”) (a “2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant”), they will receive one (1) Promotional Credit as set forth below. A 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant may only receive one (1) Promotional Credit during the Promotion Period regardless of how many times a Participant upgrades a Greenlight Plan.

Promotional Credit: The Promotional Credit will consist of a one-time US dollar credit to the Greenlight Primary Account of each 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant on the next monthly billing date for such 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant following the date of such upgrade as outlined below:

For any Greenlight Core Plan consumer who upgrades to a Greenlight Max Plan the 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant will receive twenty US dollars ($20);
For any Greenlight Core or Max Plan consumer who upgrades to a Greenlight Infinity Plan the 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant will receive thirty US dollars ($30);
For any Greenlight Core or Max Plan consumer who upgrades to a Greenlight Family Shield Plan the 2025 Premium Plan Upgrade Participant will receive fifty US dollars ($50);

As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder. Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
