November 2025 Referrals Boosted Reward Promotional Terms

This Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion is subject to the terms set forth below (“Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms.

  1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion (the “Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of 49 States within the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding the State of Washington, Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions). The Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion. 

  3. PROMOTION PERIOD:  The Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion begins on November 6, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 

  4. HOW TO OBTAIN NOVEMBER 2025 REFERRAL REWARD: During the Promotion Period, eligible Greenlight Primary Accountholders aged 18 and older (“Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Entrant”) may invite their friends and family to sign up for a Greenlight account using their Greenlight unique Promotion link (“Plan Promotion Link”). The Plan Promotion Link will be sent by the Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Entrants, not Greenlight. Referred Customers who then sign up for a Greenlight Account via the Promotion Link during the Promotion Period earn the Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Entrant one (1) Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Reward. Referred Customers cannot register for a Greenlight account/earn Promotion Entries using multiple Promotion Links. Greenlight accounts must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 9, 2025 to be eligible for the Promotion. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

  5. REFERRAL REWARD: Each Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Participant who uses the Plan Promotion Link may receive a Referral Reward (the “Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Reward”) in the amount of up to two-hundred-dollars US ($200) with fifty dollars US ($50) received for the first Referred Customer AND an additional one-hundred and fifty-dollars US ($150) for second Referred Customer. Additionally, the Referred Customer who used such Plan Promotion Link to sign up for a Greenlight Account will receive forty-five-dollars US ($45).  As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight Account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.  To open a Greenlight Account and receive a Greenlight Card, please visit https://greenlight.com and complete the enrollment process. 

  6. REFERRALS TERMS. All referrals made are subject to the Greenlight Referral Program Terms and Conditions located at https://share.greenlight.com/zone/terms. 

Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
