“Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion” Summer 2025 Promotional Terms

This Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Summer 2025 Promotion is subject to the terms set forth below (“Summer 2025 Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these Summer 2025 Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms.

1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Summer 2025 Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Referrals Boosted Reward Promotion Summer 2025 Promotion (the “Summer 2025 Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of 49 States within the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding the State of Washington, Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions). The Summer 2025 Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion (a “Summer 2025 Participant”). 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD:  The Summer 2025 Promotion begins on June 25, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 

4. HOW TO OBTAIN SUMMER 2025 REFERRAL REWARD: There are two ways to participate in the Summer 2025 Promotion:

   1. During the Promotion Period, eligible Greenlight Primary Accountholders aged 18 and older (“Summer 2025 Entrant”) may invite their friends and family to sign up for a Greenlight account using their Greenlight unique Promotion link (“Plan Promotion Link”). The Plan Promotion Link will be sent by the Summer 2025 Entrants, not Greenlight. Referred Customers who then sign up for a Greenlight account via the Promotion Link during the Promotion Period earn the Entrant one (1) Entrant Plan Reward. Referred Customers cannot register for a Greenlight account/earn Promotion Entries using multiple Promotion Links. Greenlight accounts must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025 to be eligible for the Promotion. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

   2. During the Promotion Period, eligible Referred Customers that sign up for a Greenlight Family Shield account using the Plan Promotion Link AND links at least one (1) external account for account monitoring during the Promotion Period earn the Referred Customer one (1) Family Shield Entrant Plan Reward. Referred Customer cannot register for a Greenlight account/earn Promotion Entries using multiple Plan Promotion Links. Greenlight accounts must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2025 to be eligible for the Promotion. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

5. REFERRAL REWARD: Each Summer 2025 Participant who uses the Plan Promotion Link will receive a Referral Reward (the “Spring 2025 Plan Reward”) in the amount of ($70) seventy-dollars US AND the Referred Customer who used such Plan Promotion Link to sign up for a Greenlight account will receive ($30) thirty-dollars US. Each Referred Customer who signs up for a Greenlight Family Shield Plan account will receive the Family Shield Entrant Plan Reward and be eligible to receive an additional ($45) forty-five dollars US if the Referred Customer links at least one (1) external account for account monitoring within thirty-five (35) days of registration of the Greenlight Family Shield account. As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.  To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight Card, please visit https://greenlight.com and complete the enrollment process. 

6. REFERRALS TERMS. All referrals made are subject to the Greenlight Referral Program Terms and Conditions located at https://share.greenlight.com/zone/terms. 

Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
