Safe Family Shipping Policy

USPS Shipping

Greenlight will ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). All orders received before 12:00 am EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Expedited Shipping 

USPS Priority Mail service offers 2-3 business days shipping. USPS Ground Advantage service offers 2-5 business days shipping. Pricing and delivery times for Priority Mail and Ground Advantage are available to view and select when checking out in the Greenlight Store. For clarity, neither Priority Mail nor Ground Advantage ship on Sundays.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order and you may be contacted to verify your order information.

Pre-Orders

Orders placed as pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory is available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you don’t receive your Safe Family Device within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact the Greenlight support team at support@greenlight.me.
