2025 Safety Features

ELIGIBILITY: The 2025 Safety Features (the “2025 Safety Features”) is open only to current Greenlight customers who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia. Individuals who appear in the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion. Children may participate in a 2025 Safety Features (a “Child Participant”), but only upon the acknowledgement and approval of the Adult Participant. An “Adult Participant” is a person who is 18 years of age or older who is a Parent or Legal Guardian of an individual under the age of 18 who has activated the 2025 Safety Features as a Child Participant, has given express, verifiable consent to the minor’s participation in the 2025 Safety Features, and is in compliance with the Greenlight Terms of Service located at https://greenlight.com/terms-of-service (the “TOS”). An Eligible Participant may be either a Child Participant or Adult Participant who is enrolled in either the Greenlight Core or Max Plan as of the first day of the Promotion Period and for so long as they remain continuously enrolled in such Greenlight Premium Plan during the Promotion Period. 

This 2025 Safety Features is subject to the terms set forth herein (“2025 Safety Features Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions Terms located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these 2025 Safety Features Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms and TOS.

PROMOTION PERIOD:  The 2025 Safety Features begins September 25, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).  

2025 SAFETY FEATURES EXPERIENCE: During the Promotion Period, select eligible Greenlight Core and Max Plan consumers will have the opportunity to try the Greenlight Safety Features offerings available on premium Greenlight Plans (“2025 Safety Features Participant”) at no additional charge. 2025 Safety Features Participants will initiate the 2025 Safety Features Experience by accepting these 2025 Safety Features Terms and forwarding an invite to the 2025 Safety Features to an eligible Child Participant with both the Adult and Child Participant clicking an acceptance button appearing on the communication provided by Greenlight. 

The Greenlight Safety Feature offering will be available for sixty (60) days with access features modified after the first thirty (30) days after activation (“2025 Safety Features Term”). Throughout the 2025 Safety Features Term, the Safety Features Experience offering will include the following:

In the first 30 days, 2025 Safety Features Participants will have access to the following features, as specifically set forth in the TOS:

• Family Locations Sharing

• Driving Reports^

• Place Alerts^

^ Features only available only for Adult Participants to view such features for Child Participant(s) who activate the features on the same account

In the final 30 days, the above features will still be available but with limited visibility for Adult and Child Participants. Adult Participants shall have the option to upgrade their Greenlight Plan at any point during their 2025 Safety Features Term. 

Greenlight may take up to two (2) business days to process any upgrade enrollment. Greenlight shall begin applying new plan pricing to the Primary Account on the next monthly billing date. Greenlight will continue to apply the new plan pricing each monthly billing date thereafter.

As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.  To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight Card, please visit https://greenlight.com and complete the enrollment process. 

Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
