"Get Greenlight® On Us"

During the Enrollment Period, a Sports Engine customer or potential customer may enter the following promotion (“Promotion”) by (i) going to the Sports Engine and Greenlight cobranded landing page by following the link provided by Sports Engine; (ii) completing the enrollment process to become a Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc. (“Greenlight”) PrimaryAccountholder; (iii) linking a bank account as a funding source in his/her Greenlight Primary Account; and (iv) fully completing and/or submitting all other information required by Greenlight in its sole discretion(“Eligible Participant”). The “Get Greenlight on Us” Promotion includes a one month trial for the Greenlight Core Plan. After the one month trial ends, the Eligible Participant will receive from Greenlight a credit of $4.99 to his/her account at the end of each month for 2 additional consecutive months (the “Promotion Period”). Any upgrades above the Greenlight Core Plan will result in additional fees charged to the Eligible Participant. Promotion ends on the last day of the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will not be entitled to participate in Greenlight Savings Reward and/or Cash Back to Savings Reward (each as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service located at https://www.greenlight.com/terms-of-service/) (“Terms of Service”). The “Greenlight Core Plan” means Greenlight’s monthly card subscription plan (currently offered at a fee of $4.99 per month), which is described, as of the start date of this Promotion, as the “Greenlight Core Plan” in the Greenlight Cardholder Agreement located at www.greenlight.com/cardholder (“Cardholder Agreement”).

Enrollment for the Promotion begins 12:01 a.m., E.T. on December 8, 2022, and ends on 11:59 p.m., E.T. January 31, 2023 (the “Enrollment Period”).

This Promotion is subject to the above Promotion Terms and the Greenlight® Promotions “General Terms” located at www.greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“General Terms”). Except as specifically set forth above, the General Terms shall apply to this Promotion. Terms not defined above have the meaning set forth in the General Terms, the Cardholder Agreement or the Terms of Service, as applicable.
