"Get 3 Months of Greenlight® On Us" Promotional Terms

a. During the Enrollment Period, an individual who has received a promotional offer for 3 Months of Greenlight Max from US Sports Camps, may participate in this Promotion by (i) going to the US Sports Camps and Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc. (“Greenlight”) cobranded landing page on Greenlight’s website; (ii) completing the enrollment process to become a Greenlight Primary Accountholder; and (iii) fully completing and/or submitting all other information required by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Eligible Participant”).The Eligible Participant will receive from Sponsor a credit to their account at the end of each month for 3 consecutive months (the “Promotion Period”), for the Greenlight Max Plan (currently $9.98 per month), which is described, as of the start date of this Promotion, as the “Greenlight Core Plan” in the Greenlight Cardholder Agreement located at www.greenlight.com/cardholder (“Cardholder Agreement”).  Any upgrades above the Greenlight Max Plan will result in additional fees charged to the Eligible Participant. Promotion ends on the last day of the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will not be entitled to participate in Greenlight Savings Reward and/or Cash Back to Savings Reward (each as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service located at https://www.greenlight.com/terms-of-service/) (“Terms of Service”). The “Greenlight Max Plan” means  Greenlight’s monthly card subscription plan (currently offered at a fee of $9.98 per month), which is described, as of the start date of this Promotion, as the “Greenlight Core Plan” in the Greenlight Cardholder Agreement located at www.greenlight.com/cardholder (“Cardholder Agreement”).

Enrollment for the Promotion begins 12:01 a.m., E.T. on January 1, 2023, and ends on 11:59 p.m., E.T. December 31, 2023 (the “Enrollment Period”).

This Promotion is subject to the above Promotion Terms and the Greenlight® Promotions “General Terms” located at www.greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms/ (“General Terms”). Except as specifically set forth above, the General Terms shall apply to this Promotion. Terms not defined above have the meaning set forth in the General Terms, the Cardholder Agreement or the Terms of Service, as applicable.
