Greenlight® “Jacksonville, San Antonio and San Diego Neighborhood Outreach 2025” Promotional Terms

FOR A LIMITED TIME, EARN MONEY FOR DOWNLOADING GREENLIGHT FLYERS AND DISTRIBUTING THEM TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS ELIGIBILITY: Subject to the additional requirements below, the Greenlight® “Jacksonville, San Antonio and San Diego Neighborhood Outreach 2025” (the “Outreach Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions). The Outreach Promotion is not available to Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc (“Greenlight”) employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) and employees of its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter the Outreach Promotion. An “Outreach Participant” is a Primary Accountholder, or a Cardholder in good standing, who lives in Jacksonville, FL, or San Antonio, TX, or San Diego, CA, and has received an in-app notice from Greenlight to participate in this Outreach Promotion and which contains a link to download Greenlight flyers (“Flyer Link”) for distribution by the Outreach Participant (“In-App Notification”). As used in these Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Outreach Promotion begins on November 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All requests for Greenlight flyers via the Flyer Link (“Greenlight Flyers”) must be completed prior to the expiration of the Promotion Period. Rewards earned after the close of the Promotion Period will not be valid. HOW TO ENTER: OUTREACH PARTICIPANT ENTRY METHOD: During the Promotion Period, an Outreach Participant may enter by using the Flyer Link to download Greenlight flyers from such Flyer Link (the “Greenlight Flyers”) and distributing such Greenlight Flyers to family, friends and neighbors.

PARTICIPANT REWARD: Each Outreach Participant is eligible for one (1) Ten Dollar ($10) reward upon completion of the Entry Method set forth above (the “Outreach Participant Reward”). The Outreach Participant Reward will consist of a one time ten dollars ($10) payment to the Outreach Participant’s Greenlight wallet within 7 days of completion of the Entry Method by the Outreach Participant.

This Promotion is subject to the above Greenlight Promotion General Terms and Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“General Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth above, the General Promotion Terms shall apply to this Outreach Promotion Terms not defined above will have the meaning set forth in the General Promotional Terms, the Cardholder Agreement or the Terms of Service, as applicable.
