Greenlight® "April 2025 Educator Appreciation" Promotion Terms

This April 2025 Educator Appreciation Promotion (the “Educator Promotion”) is subject to the terms set forth below (“Educator Promo Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“General Promo Terms”) (collectively the Educator Promo Terms and the General Promo Terms are referred to as the “Promo Terms”).Capitalized terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the General Promo Terms.

  1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Educator Appreciation Promotion. 

  2. ELIGIBILITY: This Educator Promotion (is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions). This Educator Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter the Educator Promotion.

  3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Educator begins on April 8, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on April 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (“Promotion Period”).

  4. HOW TO OBTAIN THE EDUCATOR APPRECIATION REWARD: Each person who has signed up for Greenlight for Classrooms before April 8, 2025 (“Eligible Educator”) is eligible to receive sixty (60) months of Greenlight Max without charge (“Educator Appreciation Reward”) by: (i) clicking on the link provided by Greenlight in the email announcing the Educator Appreciation Promotion, (ii) completing the registration form provided by Greenlight in such link prior to the end of the Promotion Period (“Registration Form”), (iii) signing up for a Greenlight Max Account using the name, email and phone number provided in the Registration Form and adding a valid funding source to such Greenlight Account prior to the end of the Promotion Period (collectively, the “Greenlight Registration”). If an Eligible Educator currently has a Greenlight Core Account, the Eligible Educator will automatically be upgraded to a Greenlight Max Account in order to take advantage of this Educator Appreciation Promotion. If an Eligible Educator currently has a Greenlight Plan higher than a Greenlight Max Account, Greenlight will automatically apply the credit to the Eligible Educator’s  higher Greenlight Account.  If an Eligible Educator completes the Greenlight Registration by the end of the Promotion Period, Greenlight will provide the Eligible Educator with the Educator Appreciation Reward, a monthly credit (before May 30, 2025) to their Greenlight Max Account (or higher Greenlight Plan) in the amount of $9.98 per month for sixty (60) months (a total value of $598.60). If an Eligible Educator terminates their Greenlight Account prior to the end of such sixty (60) month period, any amounts then remaining of the Educator Appreciation Reward will be forfeited and no further payments will be made to the Eligible Educator. An Eligible Educator is entitled to receive only one (1) Educator Appreciation Reward under this Educator Appreciation Promotion.

  5. INVEST CREDIT In addition to the Educator Appreciation Award above, if an Eligible Educator completes the Greenlight Registration and also completes a stock trade in their Greenlight Max (or higher) Account by the end of the Promotion Period, Greenlight will add ten dollars ($10) to the Eligible Educator’s Parent Wallet (“Invest Credit”) by May 30, 2025. Each Eligible Educator may only receive one (1) Invest Credit no matter how many stock trades are made by such Eligible Educator prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

  6. EDUCATOR REFERRALS. By using the Referral Link in the Educator Appreciation Promotion email, an educator can refer Greenlight to parents, students and friends in order for them to receive a free year of Greenlight Core. All referrals made are subject to the Greenlight Referral Program Terms and Conditions located at https://share.greenlight.com/zone/terms. 

Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Educator Appreciation Reward  or the Invest Credit for any reason.
