AI Usage Policy

This AI Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc. (“Greenlight”) AI chatbots, (“Chatbot” or “Chatbots”), which may be made available to you for use on your mobile phone, greenlight.com (the “Website”) and/or the Greenlight application for a mobile phone, tablet or any other portable device (the “Application”). By using or interacting with the AI Chatbots, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, then you should not use or interact with the Chatbots. Greenlight reserves the right to update or modify the Policy at any time. You may be notified of the updated policy at the start of your next chat session with the Chatbots or otherwise on the Website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy each time you interact with the Chatbots.
Personal Information. Unless otherwise specified in any applicable terms, you should not input or request any sensitive personal information from the Chatbots, including financial details, user information, health-related data, or other personal data about you or any other person. Any personal information that you do input into the Chatbots related to you in connection with an inquiry will be subject to the Greenlight Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) which can be found at https://privacy.greenlight.com/policies. The terms of the Privacy Statement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Policy.
Restrictions on Inputs. You are responsible for all content that you input into the Chatbots (“Input”). You should not provide any Input that you know, reasonably should know, or otherwise is:
Infringing or misappropriating a third party’s intellectual property rights;
Personal and/or sensitive personal information, such as financial details, user information, health-related data, or other personal data of another person;
Illegal or harmful, constitutes hate speech, or is discriminatory;
Misleading, inaccurate, false, deceptive, inaccurate, explicit, or incites violences; or
Or contains malware, bots, spiders, viruses, ransomware or other harmful or disabling code.
Restrictions on Use. You are also not permitted to prompt the Chatbots, either directly or indirectly, to generate any content that you know, reasonably should know, or otherwise is:
Infringing or misappropriating a third party’s intellectual property rights;
Personal and/or sensitive personal information, such as financial details, user information, health-related data, or other personal data of another person;
Illegal or harmful, constitutes hate speech, or is discriminatory;
Misleading, inaccurate, false, deceptive, inaccurate, explicit, or incites violences; or
Or contains malware, bots, spiders, viruses, ransomware or other harmful or disabling code.
Greenlight Assistant. Greenlight Assistant (“GL Assistant”) is a Chatbot designed to help families use their Greenlight account and learn more about investing, spending and saving. GL Assistant is accessible in the Greenlight application. Users with access to GL Assistant may disable it in the Application settings. Primary Accountholders and Authorized Approvers (each as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service) may disable and re-enable GL Assistant for themselves and any Secondary Cardholders (as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service). You understand that any communications between you and GL Assistant may be logged and used for the purpose of monitoring and improving our products, services and the performance of GL Assistant.
No Investment or Financial Advice. The information provided by Chatbots is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice or a financial plan. You understand and agree that:
Chatbots cannot be used or expected to be used as a channel to conduct banking transactions or services or to initiate a dispute related to your Greenlight Account or any Greenlight Services (each as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service).
Chatbots have a limited capacity to answer questions and may not be able to provide you with the information you seek.
Responses from Chatbots are general in nature, and are provided solely for informational, entertainment or educational purposes only.
The responses from Chatbots should not be considered an official statement related to your Greenlight Account, and you’re responsible for determining if the response is applicable to you.
Chatbots are not designed to recommend the purchase or sale of specific securities. While they may offer educational information, they do not have the ability to understand what investment choices would be appropriate for your personal situation. Information provided by Chatbots does not constitute investment advice or any kind of recommendation. All investment decisions remain with the Primary Accountholder (as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service). Do not attempt to place trade orders through Chatbots; they may provide you with guidance as to how to place a trade through the Greenlight Application (as defined in the Greenlight Terms of Service), but they cannot execute trades. Investing involves risk and may result in the loss of principal.
DISCLAIMER; Indemnification. GREENLIGHT DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR COMMITMENTS WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE CHATBOTS OR ANY OUTPUT, AND GREENLIGHT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF CHATBOTS AND ANY OUTPUT. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE CHATBOTS MAY PROVIDE, AT TIMES, INACCURATE OUTPUT, AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE OUTPUT. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE OUTPUT, AND NO OUTPUT SHALL BE DEEMED A SUBSTITUTE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, TAX ACCOUNTING, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greenlight, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, licensees, employees, shareholders, and any third-party partners, from and against all damages, expenses, losses, costs, or any other claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Policy, or your violation of any law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
Termination; Compliance. Greenlight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Chatbots at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Policy, are violating an applicable law or if your use of the Chatbots could result in a risk of harm to Greenlight or any other users. We may also disable, modify or reduce the functionality of the Chatbots at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice to you.

You hereby assign to Greenlight all rights in any feedback or comments that you provide in connection with the functionality, improvements or other suggestions related to the Chatbots.
