This Promotion is subject to the terms set forth below (“Summer 2025 Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions Terms located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these Summer 2025 Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Summer 2025 Promotion begins July 7, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on July 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
SUMMER 2025 ENTRY METHOD: During the Promotion Period, when an eligible (as noted above) Greenlight Core Plan consumer upgrades to the Greenlight Family Shield Plan (“Summer 2025 Participant”), they will receive one (1) Promotional Credit as set forth below. A Summer 2025 Participant may only receive one (1) Promotional Credit during the Promotion Period.
Promotional Credit: The Promotional Credit will consist of a one-time twenty-five-dollar ($25) credit to the Greenlight Primary Account of each Summer 2025 Participant on the next monthly billing date for such Summer 2025 Participant following the date of such upgrade.
As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder. To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight Card, please visit https://greenlight.com and complete the enrollment process.
Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
