Greenlight® “10th Anniversary Family Hub Sale”

To celebrate Greenlight’s 10th anniversary, Eligible Customers (defined below) who purchase a qualifying Greenlight Family Hub device between 12:00 a.m. ET on October 21, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2026 (the “Offer Period”) will receive the applicable discount described below (the “Offer”), subject to these Limited-Time Customer Special Offer Terms (the “Special Terms”). The Offer is available while supplies last.

Eligibility

• Existing Greenlight Customers are customers who receive this Offer by email or in the Greenlight app and have an active Core, Max, Infinity, or Family Shield plan (each, a “Greenlight Plan”) at the time of purchase.

• New Greenlight Customers are customers who do not have an active Greenlight Plan at the time of purchase.

Existing Greenlight Customers and New Greenlight Customers are “Eligible Customers.” Eligible Customers must also meet the account and plan eligibility requirements of the Greenlight Terms of Service (greenlight.com/terms-of-service).

How to Redeem

The Offer is available only through Greenlight’s online store at [shop.greenlight.com] and is not available on Amazon or any other third-party retailer or marketplace. New Greenlight Customers must use the designated offer link: https://shop.greenlight.com/products/family-hub. Existing Greenlight Customers must use the personalized link provided by email or in the Greenlight app. No promo code is required; Greenlight applies the discount at checkout after verifying eligibility.

Offer Details

• New Greenlight Customers – 15-inch device bundle: One hundred dollars ($100) off the pre-tax purchase price of a 15-inch Greenlight Family Hub device when purchased together with a Family Hub+ Annual Plan ($299 regular device price; $199 device price with the Offer, plus Family Hub+ plan). 

• New Greenlight Customers – 10-inch device bundle: $30 off the pre-tax purchase price of a 10-inch Greenlight Family Hub device when purchased together with a Family Hub+ Annual Plan ($199 regular device price; $169 device price with the Offer, plus Family Hub+ plan).

• Devices purchased by New Greenlight Customers without a Family Hub+ Annual Plan ($99 per year) are sold at the then-current regular price.

• Existing Greenlight Customers - 15-inch device and 10 - inch device: $100 off the pre-tax purchase price of each 15-inch Greenlight Family Hub device and $30 off the pre-tax purchase price of each 10-inch device, up to a maximum of five (5) discounted devices per Greenlight family account. No separate Family Hub+ plan purchase is required. While the customer’s Greenlight Plan remains active, Family Hub access is included with all Greenlight Plans and Family Hub+ features are included with Infinity and Family Shield plans. This Offer is personal to the recipient and non-transferable.

The discount applies only to the device purchase price and does not apply to Family Hub+ plan fees, taxes, shipping, handling, or other disclosed fees. Wi-Fi connectivity is required to use the Greenlight Family Hub device.

Family Hub+ Annual Plan

Family Hub+ is an annual paid subscription subject to the Greenlight Terms of Service and the applicable Family Hub+ plan terms. By purchasing a Family Hub+ Annual Plan, you authorize Greenlight to charge the initial fee and, unless you cancel before the renewal date, automatic renewal fees for successive one-year terms at Greenlight’s then-current annual price (currently $99) to your payment method on file. Greenlight will provide any renewal notice required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time in the Greenlight app or by contacting Greenlight Customer Support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current plan term.

Limits and Order Cancellation

New Greenlight Customers may purchase up to a maximum of five (5) discounted devices per household, in any combination of 15-inch and 10-inch models, provided each device is purchased during the Offer Period through the designated offer link with its own Family Hub+ Annual Plan. Existing Greenlight Customers may purchase up to a maximum of five (5) discounted 15-inch devices per Greenlight family account, provided each device is purchased during the Offer Period through the personalized link provided by email or in the Greenlight app. Additional devices purchased in excess of the applicable limit are not eligible for the Offer and will be charged the then-current regular price; Greenlight may cancel or adjust any order that would exceed the applicable limit.

Greenlight may reject or cancel any order it reasonably determines was placed for resale or through automated means, is associated with fraud or Offer abuse, results from a manifest pricing, display, or technical error, or violates these Special Terms.

The Offer applies only to new purchases made during the Offer Period and cannot be applied retroactively. The Offer has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, account credit, or any other substitute, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, promo code, or coupon.

Changes to the Offer

Greenlight may extend the Offer Period at its discretion, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if reasonably necessary due to applicable law, fraud or abuse, a manifest pricing or display error, a technical or system failure, or supply or operational constraints beyond Greenlight’s reasonable control. Any such action applies prospectively and will not affect an eligible order accepted before it takes effect, except an order that is fraudulent, violates these Special Terms, or results from a manifest pricing or technical error.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to Greenlight’s applicable return and refund policies. If Greenlight refunds one component of a New Greenlight Customer device-and-plan bundle, Greenlight may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, recalculate the transaction at the non-promotional price in effect at the time of purchase and reduce the refund by the discount attributable to any retained component.

This Offer is also subject to the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions (greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms). Device and Family Hub+ subscription purchases and use are subject to the Greenlight Hardware Services Terms of Service (https://greenlight.com/device-terms). If these terms conflict: (a) these Special Terms control Offer eligibility, timing, discount amounts, and quantity limits; (b) the applicable hardware, service, return, refund, and account terms control those matters; and (c) the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions control all other promotional matters.
