Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

Certain items in our store may be available for purchase as pre-orders. This means the item is either not yet released or temporarily out of stock.
For all pre-orders, payment will be collected at the time of checkout.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order and request a refund prior to shipment, please contact Greenlight Customer Support at Support@greenlight.me with the following information: i) order number and ii) email used to place order. Cancellation refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Once a pre-order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further guidance.
