Return Policy for the Safe Family Device

Customer satisfaction is our top priority—every time, for everyone. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 calendar days from the date your Safe Family Device is shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your Safe Family Device for any reason, you may initiate a return as described below. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Safe Family Device while in transit to Greenlight. Returns must be authorized in advance. Upon receipt of the returned Safe Family Device in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, excluding actual shipping and handling charges. The Safe Family Device must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete returns (e.g. missing charging accessories or sleeve) will be rejected and no refund will be issued. 

To initiate a return, you may do so by navigating to your order from your order confirmation email. You will be able to “View your order” which will take you to order page. From there you can click “Request return” on the top right hand corner of your order page. If you are unable to process the return as described above, please contact our support team at support@greenlight.me, with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • The email address used to place the order.

  • Details of the items you wish to return.

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a return label with the accompanying order number, and the return instructions to return the Safe Family Device. Please be advised that Greenlight assumes no responsibility for any loss incurred during the return shipment, and refunds will only be processed for packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to our designated return address.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact our support team at support@greenlight.me for further assistance. To prevent backlogs, approved return requests will be automatically cancelled if the returned items are not sent back to us within 14 days from the date the return label is issued. 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including accessories, software or services, subscription fees, open box items, or products that are damaged or not in their original condition.

Refunds for Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle during which time you will retain access to the Greenlight Safe Family features.  Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the Greenlight Safe Family Services at the end of the billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid as described above. 

Greenlight reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with these terms. Please note that Greenlight reserves the right to change any and all terms, conditions, policies and/or procedures at any time without prior notice.
