“Greenlight® for Classrooms” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  1. SPONSOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will serve as the sponsor (“Sponsor”) of the Greenlight “Greenlight for Classrooms” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). 

2. ADMINISTRATOR:  Campus Multimedia, LLC, 44 Milton Ave #377, Alpharetta, GA 30005.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions) (together, the “U.S.”) and who, at the time of entry are: (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (ii) a School Administrator (as defined below) or teacher representing a public state-accredited, private/parochial school or vocational school located in the U.S., which teaches students in any of the grades from kindergarten through grade 12, including any elementary school, middle school, or high school (hereinafter referred to as a, “School”). For this Sweepstakes, a “School Administrator” is defined as a Principal, Vice-Principal, Dean, Superintendent, or substantially equivalent role in the applicable School. You need not be present to win. Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and/or Administrator, and Sponsor and/or Administrator’s respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win. An “Entrant” is an eligible person who (i) submits an entry in accordance with these Official Rules and (ii) is an eligible person pursuant to this Section 3. Entrants will be responsible for securing any necessary School, School board or board of directors’ permission prior to participating in this Sweepstakes. 

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., E.T. on September [11], 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m., E.T. November 30, 2023 (hereafter, “Sweepstakes Period”). 

5. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter this Sweepstakes only via the entry methods described below. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., E.T., on (i) the last day of the Sweepstakes Period (November 30, 2023) for entries received through the Greenlight for Classrooms Download Entry Method (as described below), or (ii) one week later (December 7, 2023) for entries received through the Mail-In Entry Method. Proof of depositing entry in mail is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted from post office boxes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the Sweepstakes for any reason. 

a. GREENLIGHT FOR CLASSROOMS DOWNLOAD ENTRY METHOD: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.greenlight.com/schools and follow the instructions to register for “Greenlight for Classrooms” using your School e-mail address (the e-mail address you use for School-related e-mails) and download at least one (1) lesson from the curriculum to automatically receive one (1) entry to the Sweepstakes for the Entrant. Bonus Entry.  As an additional bonus, any Entrant who completes the steps described in the immediately preceding paragraph to successfully register under the Greenlight for Classrooms Download entry method can also receive a second entry into the Sweepstakes by downloading a “Greenlight for Classrooms” poster or flyer from the promotional toolkit available at https://campusmultimedia.com/greenlight-promo-kit, taking a photo of the poster or flyer hanging in the School, and visiting https://campusmultimedia.com/greenlightentry and submitting a complete online entry form, inclusive of a photo showing any of the promotional materials (flyers, posters, mailbox inserts, etc.) available from the promotional toolkit on display in your School.  The photo submission entry form should include your your name, School name, School mailing address (including street address, city, state, and zip code), and your personal School e-mail address that was used to download the Greenlight for Classrooms lesson plan.   Each Entrant may contribute  a maximum of two (2) entries to the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the number of times the Entrant registers for “Greenlight for Classrooms” during such period. Further, if the Entrant decides to enter the Sweepstakes under (i) the Greenlight for Classrooms Download entry method, (ii) the Mail-In Entry method, and (iii) qualifies for the bonus entry described in the preceding paragraph, the Entrant will still only receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. All Greenlight for Classrooms Download entries must be made during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible for this Sweepstakes. 

b. MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD: Alternatively, you may enter the Sweepstakes up to a maximum of two (2) times (solely by using this Mail-In Entry method or combined with the Greenlight for Classrooms Download Entry Method) by hand-printing the words “Greenlight for Classrooms Sweepstakes Entry”, your name, age, School name, School mailing address (including street address, city, state, and zip code), School telephone number, and your personal School e-mail address (the e-mail address you use for School-related e-mails) on a plain 3” x 5” card or blank piece of paper and mailing it in an envelope to: Campus Multimedia, Attn: Greenlight for Classrooms Sweepstakes Entry, 44 Milton Ave #377, Alpharetta, GA 30005.  

For the avoidance of doubt, the Entrant will not be eligible to receive the Prize for the random drawing. The School where the Entrant serves as a School Administrator or teacher will be eligible to receive the Prize based on Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that an Entrant has attempted to evade the maximum entry limits by registering or attempting to register more than two (2) times using multiple physical addresses, School related e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or any other method of unauthorized entry, all in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, all of that Entrant’s entries may be declared null and void, Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and any Prize that the Entrant’s School might have been entitled to receive will not be awarded to the School. Entries that are late, lost, illegible, duplicated, mechanically reproduced, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, in the sole discretion of Sponsor; that have been submitted or generated using robotic, programmed, script, or any other automated means, or illicit means; or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, may be judged void and disqualified.   

Messaging and/or data rates may apply.  Regardless of entry method, each Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes a maximum of two (2)  times; however, multiple Entrants at the same School can enter the Sweepstakes in order to increase the School’s odd of winning the Sweepstakes.  

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be twenty (20) prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes. Each Prize will consist solely of a single payment in the amount of $500 made payable to the School associated  with the selected Winner (each, a “Winning School” and collectively, the “Winning Schools”). Each Prize will be awarded by the Sponsor to the Winning School by processing the single payment in the amount of $500 to each Winning School at the School’s mailing address provided by the Winner in connection with their method of entry.  Unless other arrangements are made directly with the Winning School, all payments of Prizes will be in the form of a check made payable to the Winning Schools and mailed to each School’s address provided by the Winner in connection with their entry into the Sweepstakes. 

The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each Prize is $500.00 USD.  The maximum ARV for all Prizes is $10,000.00 USD. 

 A School may be awarded no more than one (1) Prize. 

 7. RANDOM DRAWING: The winner of each of the twenty (20) Prizes (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about December 8, 2023 (“Drawing Date”) by the Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. As a reminder, while the random drawing will select a Winner from among the eligible Entrants (e.g., School Administrators and teachers), the Prizes will solely be awarded to the Winning Schools.  Sponsor and/or Administrator will use reasonable efforts to contact each Winner by e-mail or phone within one (1) week of the Drawing Date. 

8. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.  

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution for any Prize will be permitted. The Prize is not transferable or assignable. Each potential Winner shall have 72 hours after the applicable Prize notification in the manner described above to appropriately respond to the Sponsor and accept the Prize on behalf of the Winning School subject to the Winner’s completion of the Affidavit of Eligibility and and Publicity/Liability Release as described below. Each Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except to the extent prohibited by law) within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of such form by Sponsor. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in a Winner being disqualified, and an alternate Winner selected. If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an Entrant is found to be ineligible or declines to accept the Prize on behalf of the Winning School for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected.  

Prizes will be awarded to the Winning School and not to the individual Entrant. An authorized representative of each Winning School will also be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except to the extent prohibited by law) within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of such form by the Sponsor.  

By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each Entrant, Winner and Winning School hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the disclosure and reasonable use by Sponsor and Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”) of each Entrant’s, Winner’s’ and Winning School’s photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name of each Entrant, Winner and Winning School without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes. 

10. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering the Sweepstakes, the Winners, the Winning Schools and each Entrant hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Fulton County, Georgia in connection with any disputes related to the Sweepstakes or any Prizes. As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the Entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the Entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorney’s fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined herein) are not responsible for any (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry or entries, errors in calculations, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; (ii) printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, void, corrupted, garbled, illegible, unintelligible entries, postage due; and/or (iii) any problems, bugs or malfunctions; any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an Entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (iv) or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and exclusive discretion, including without limitation, Acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, “shelter in place” and similar orders and other governmental actions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may decide to postpone drawing dates and other deadlines herein, or terminate the Sweepstakes early. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.   

 THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO YOU AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES. 

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants, Winners and Winning Schools agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Administrator, Sponsor, CFSB, and each of their respective affiliated entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders and principals, employees, representatives, agents and franchisees (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claims made by any Entrant, Winner, and Winning School, or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any related activity. Entrants, Winners, and Winning Schools assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or redemption of any Prize. 

13. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Provided below are conditions to winning a Prize and additional terms and conditions binding on Entrants, Winners and Winning Schools: 

a. All federal, state and local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with accepting a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes are the responsibility of each Winner and Winning School. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, withhold from the amount of any Prize any and all federal, state and local tax liabilities and any applicable fees associated with accepting a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. 

b. If a Winner or Winning School declines a Prize, or if a person who is chosen in the drawing is not an eligible Entrant or has not complied with these Official Rules, such person shall be disqualified and another person will be chosen in a drawing for said Prize.  

c. No transfer, substitution, division or splitting of any Prize is allowed.  

d. Acceptance of a Prize: (i) constitutes permission by Winner to the Sponsor, CFSB and their authorized agents to use Winner’s names, city/province of residence, picture(s), biographical information, voice and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and publicity Sponsor, CFSB, their authorized agents, and each of their respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Sweepstakes without further compensation or notice, at any time or times in perpetuity and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to the Internet, unless prohibited by law; (ii) constitutes permission by a Winning School to the Sponsor, CFSB and their authorized agents to use the Winning School’s name and/or Winning School logo/mascot, identifying information (including city and state), photographs of the Winning School, and the Winning School’s social profile for for purposes of advertising, trade and publicity Sponsor, CFSB, their authorized agents, and each of their respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Sweepstakes without further compensation or notice, at any time or times in perpetuity and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to the Internet, unless prohibited by law; and (iii) hereby releases Released Parties from any liability with respect hereto. Winner and/or Winning School may be required to sign a further release regarding the grant of these publicity rights unless prohibited or restricted by law. 

e. Decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to determination of Winners and Winning Schools and all matters with respect to the conduct of the Sweepstakes.  f. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants, Winners and Winning Schools agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

14. PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each eligible Entrant, Winner, and Winning School hereby consents to Sponsor’s, Administrator’s or authorized agents’ collection, use, and disclosure of Entrants’, Winners’ and Winning Schools’ personal information for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and Prize fulfillment. Each Entrant, Winner and Winning School acknowledges that they have  read, understood and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Statement, which provides more information about Sponsor’s privacy practices and is located at privacy.greenlight.com/policies. The Sponsor’s Privacy Statement is in addition to those terms in these Official Rules concerning privacy, use of personal information, and publicity. 

 Entrants, Winners, and Winning Schools may be offered the optional opportunity to receive coupons, newsletters, informational materials, marketing communications, or other special promotions, or other offers from Sponsor, Administrator and/or third-party service providers. Entrants will not be contacted for marketing purposes unless they have provided their express consent. 

15. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: You may obtain copies of these Official Rules or a list of the Winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope that reads: “Winners’ List” – or – “Official Rules”, "Greenlight for Classrooms” Sweepstakes, c/o Campus Multimedia, 44 Milton Ave #377, Alpharetta, GA 30005; all requests must be received within six (6) months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor may also make the Official Rules available at: https://www.greenlight.com/schools/sweepstakes-official-rules.

 VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET.
