Greenlight T-Shirt Giveaway Promotion Terms

Eligibility

This promotion is open to Accountholders who have been a Greenlight Primary Accountholder for 5 years or longer as of March 7, 2025 and who have been Active in the 30 days prior to March 7, 2025 (“Eligible Customers”). Active for purposes of this Giveaway means the Greenlight Primary Accountholder has accessed the Greenlight application or a Cardholder of such Greenlight Primary Accountholder has used his or her Greenlight debit card. This Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to receive this Promotion.

Promotion Period and How to Enter

Between March 7, 2025 and the earlier of April 30, 2025, or when all T shirt inventory and sizes have been exhausted, Greenlight will randomly select 5,000 participants from all Eligible Customers (“Giveaway Participants”). Giveaway Participants will receive a single use redemption code from Greenlight to obtain up to 7 Greenlight T-Shirts (“T-Shirt Redemption Code”). Greenlight will notify a Giveaway Participant via e-mail and in-app notification and provide a T-Shirt Redemption Code at that time.

Limitations

Giveaway Participants must have internet access and must use the T-Shirt Redemption Code at https://greenlight.orderyourimprint.com/ no later than 2 weeks after Greenlight provides a Giveaway Participant with a T-Shirt Redemption Code or until supplies are exhausted whichever comes first (“Redemption Period”). The T-Shirt Redemption Code is a one-time use only code so all T-Shirts must be ordered at the same time. The T-Shirt Redemption Code must be applied at checkout and use of the Redemption Code is subject to T-Shirt availability at the time of use.

The T-Shirt Redemption Codes are not stored value, are for one-time use only, cannot be transferred to other users, cannot be combined with other offers, are not reloadable, cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent, and have no balance after one-time use. All T-Shirt Redemption Codes must be redeemed within the Redemption Period or value will expire upon expiration of the Redemption Period. Greenlight is not liable for lost or stolen T-Shirt Redemption Codes or for expired T-Shirt Redemption Codes that are not redeemed within the Redemption Period. Void where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By entering the giveaway, Giveaway Participants agree to release Greenlight and its affiliates from any liability or damage caused by participating in the promotion or accepting the T-Shirts.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
