Greenlight® “Summer 2025 Trivia Game Promotion” Promotional Terms

This Summer 2025 Trivia Game Promotion (“Trivia Referral 2025 Promotion”)  is subject to the terms set forth below (“Trivia Referral 2025 Terms”) and the Greenlight Promotions General Terms & Conditions located at https://greenlight.com/promotionsgeneralterms (“Promotion Terms”). Except as specifically set forth in these Trivia Referral 2025 Terms, the Promotion Terms shall apply to this Promotion and terms not defined below have the meaning set forth in the Promotional Terms.

  1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR: Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation will serve as the sponsor (“Greenlight”) and the administrator of this Summer Trivia Referral 2025 Promotion.

  2. PROMOTION PERIOD:  The Trivia Referral 2025 Promotion begins on June 25, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on August 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 

  3. ELIGIBILITY: The Trivia Referral 2025 Promotion is open only to legal residents of 49 States within the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding the State of Washington, Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions). The Trivia Referral 2025 Promotion is not available to employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Greenlight and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies. Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter a Promotion. 

  4. HOW TO OBTAIN TRIVIA REFERRAL 2025 PROMOTIONAL REWARD:

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals with a Greenlight account who participate in the Greenlight Financial Trivia (“Trivia Referral 2025 Entrant”) may invite their family to sign up for a Greenlight account (a “Trivia Referral 2025 Participant”)using their Greenlight unique Promotion code (“Plan Promotion Code”). Family members who receive the Plan Promotion Code must not currently have a Greenlight account for the Trivia Referral 2025 Participant to be included in the Promotion. The Plan Promotion Code will be sent by the Trivia Referral 2025 Entrants, not Greenlight. Individuals who use the Plan Promotion Code cannot register for a Greenlight account/earn Promotion Entries using multiple Promotion codes or links. Greenlight accounts must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 25, 2025 to be eligible for the Promotion. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

5. PROMOTIONAL REWARD: Each Trivia Referral 2025 Participant who uses the Plan Promotion Code will earn the Trivia Referral 2025 Participant ($20) twenty-dollars US deposited into their Greenlight Account within thirty (30) days of the registration and first monthly fee payment on a new Primary Account. As used in the Greenlight Promotion Terms, the “Primary Accountholder” is an individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder.  To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight Card, please visit https://greenlight.com and complete the enrollment process. 

6. REFERRALS TERMS. All referrals made are subject to the Greenlight Referral Program Terms and Conditions located at https://share.greenlight.com/zone/terms. 

Greenlight does not assume any inability of a potential entrant to successfully obtain the Promotion for any reason.
