Children 13 years of age or older may participate in the Weekly Trivia Challenge (“Child Participant”) but only Entrants can win Prizes (as defined below). Individuals who appear on the U.S. Government Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List are also not eligible to enter or win. An “Entrant” is a person who is 18 years of age or older who has entered the Weekly Trivia Challenge and is in compliance with the Official Rules, or a Parent or Legal Guardian of an individual under the age of 18 who has entered a Weekly Trivia Challenge, that has given express, verifiable consent to the minor’s participation in the Weekly Trivia Challenge, and is in compliance with the Official Rules. HOW TO ENTER: An Entrant or Child Participant, on behalf of an Entrant, may participate in the Weekly Trivia Challenge by (i) playing a round of trivia and saving their progress via their telephone number or (ii) by playing a trivia challenge with a friend (“Friend Challenge”) which will give the Entrant one (1) Entry and will enter the Entrant into the Sweepstakes. In addition, an Entrant will be eligible to earn up to ninety-nine (99) additional Entries by the Entrant or a Child Participant, on behalf of an Entrant, inviting friends and family to play the Weekly Trivia Challenge using a unique Weekly Trivia Challenge link sent by the Entrant or the Child Participant and the friend or family member saving their progress via phone number within the Weekly Trivia Challenge. All Entries and information submitted shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means, or by means which subvert the entry process or where prohibited by law, will be void. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the Weekly Trivia Challenge for any reason. Each Entrant’s eligibility is subject to verification. Any Entry that violates any of these Official Rules will not be eligible to win a Prize. If set forth in future Summer 2025 weekly trivia challenges, an Entrant may roll over Entries (up to a total maximum of a 100 Entries no matter how many Weekly Trivia Challenges the Entrant or the Child Participant on behalf of the Entrant) may play during the Summer 2025 trivia challenges.
5. WEEKLY TRIVIA CHALLENGE PRIZE: There will be a total of one (1) grand prize (a “Prize”) awarded. There will be a total of one (1) Winner (defined below) selected by the random drawing as described in Section 6 below in connection with the Weekly Trivia Challenge. The Prize will consist of the Winner’s choice between (a) a Nintendo Switch 2 ($449.99 USD), subject to merchant availability, or (b) a $500 (USD) Gift Card (with Greenlight Cardholders (defined below) able to opt for a deposit into their Greenlight Account). If the Winner chooses a Nintendo Switch 2 as the Prize but Greenlight is unable to procure a Nintendo Switch 2, Greenlight may, at its option, provide Winner with the Prize of a $500 (SD) Gift Card.
The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $500. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The Prize will be awarded as indicated on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. In the event that any portion of the prize is canceled for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded, and no additional compensation will be provided.
An Entrant may win no more than one (1) Prize.
6. PAYMENT OF PRIZES: Subject to eligibility verification, payment of a Prize will be made to a Winner’s Greenlight account, if the Winner has a Greenlight account or if the Winner does not have a Greenlight account, via Paypal or Venmo as detailed below.
To open a Greenlight account and receive a Greenlight card, please visit https://www.greenlight.com/ and complete the enrollment process. As used herein, the “Primary Accountholder” is the individual, at least 18 years of age, who opens and is responsible for the primary Greenlight account (the “Primary Account”). The Primary Accountholder has the ability to request the issuance of up to five Greenlight Prepaid Mastercard cards (“Greenlight Cards”) for the Primary Accountholder’s children or dependents, each of which will be considered a sub-account of the Primary Account, and each child or dependent will be considered an authorized user of the Primary Account (each, a “Cardholder”). This structure of the Greenlight program allows the Primary Accountholder to identify, monitor and approve Greenlight Card transactions by each individual Cardholder. Any Prizes awarded to a Primary Accountholder will be deposited into the Winner’s Primary Account.
If a Winner does not have a Greenlight account, then Greenlight will pay a Winner through a PayPal or Venmo account (a third-party service, use of which is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of PayPal and/or Venmo). If a Winner does not already have a PayPal or a Venmo account, the Winner can go to https://www.paypal.com or https://venmo.com (as applicable) to create a free PayPal or Venmo account. Winners’ first and last name needs to be an exact match to their PayPal or Venmo account information and their PayPal or Venmo account needs to be verified. Prizes may be distributed in an alternative manner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Winner does not have a Greenlight, Paypal or Venmo account, the Winner must create a Greenlight, PayPal or Venmo account to collect a Prize. A Winner's failure to notify Greenlight of Winner’s Greenlight, Paypal or Venmo account within three (3) days after being notified by Sponsor that Entrant is a Winner, will be considered that Winner's forfeiture of the Prize and Sponsor may, at its option and sole discretion, choose not to award the Prize at all. If an Entrant is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may, at its option and sole discretion, choose not to award the Prize at all.
GIFT CARDS: The Gift Cards are subject to terms, conditions and policies specified by the gift card issuer. Such terms and conditions may include any or all of the following, as well as others: gift cards may not be redeemable for cash, or used for payment on accounts, or used for the payment of prior purchases; cards are non-refundable; purchases and amounts spent or deducted from a gift card balance may be non-refundable; gift cards may expire on a designated date; and gift cards may be redeemable only by legal residents of the United States. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to contact each Winner within two (2) weeks of the Drawing Date.
8. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Weekly Trivia Challenge and are equal regardless of method of entry.

If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Each Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except to the extent prohibited by law) and any other required tax-related documents within three (3) calendar days of issuance by Sponsor. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in a Winner being disqualified, and an alternate Winner may be selected.
